The fallen defenders were returned as a result of joint efforts of the Joint Centre for Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War at the SSU, the Coordination Staff for Treatment of PoWs, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Missing Persons, the State Emergency Service, and other entities of Ukraine’s Security and Defense Sector.
