Today’s exchange is the result of the efforts of the Joint Center for Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War at the SSU, the Coordination Staff for Treatment of PoWs and other agencies that carried out the orders of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

After meeting the Ukrainian defenders at the border, the Joint Center under the SSU, together with Ukrzaliznytsia, for the first time ensured the transfer of the liberated defenders to rehabilitation centers by rail.

As noted by the Head of our State, Ukraine expects full implementation of the agreements on humanitarian issues reached in Istanbul.
