Today’s exchange is the result of the efforts of the Joint Centre for Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for Treatment of PoWs and other agencies that carried out the orders of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

As noted by the Head of our State, this agreement was reached at a meeting in Turkey, and it is important to implement it in full.
