SSU exposes traitors involved in kremlin’s project on ‘external governance’ of Ukraine
The Security Service of Ukraine exposed and collected evidence against Ukrainian traitors who claim to implement putin’s idea of ‘external governance’ of Ukraine. These persons are hiding in russia, have proclaimed themselves the ‘only legitimate government’ of our country and are promoting a plan to surrender Ukraine.
This week, the leaders of this group and other Ukrainian traitors attended a ‘unity’ forum in moscow, which was also attended by the ideologue of russian fascism, Dugin, state duma deputies, bloggers and ‘Z’ war correspondents.
The entire rhetoric of the ‘conference’ was devoted to promoting putin’s thesis that for lasting peace in Ukraine it is necessary to create a transitional administration under the control of russia and the United States, which would temporarily govern Ukraine.
The illegal entity includes traitors, collaborators and other supporters of ruscism who fled our country to russia before the start of the full-scale war.
The leader of this group is Dmytro Vasilets, the head of the banned Derzhavaparty, who has already been sentenced in absentia for supporting russia’s armed aggression.
He involved his ‘like-minded people’ in the subversive activities:
- Valentyn Rybin, a lawyer of Anatoliy Shariy, who is suspected of treason;
- Oleksandr Skubchenko, a ‘political expert’ from Medvedchuk’s TV channels, who is now a frequent guest on the air of moscow propagandists;
- Oleksandr Semenchenko, deputy head of the banned Derzhava party, who used to live in Kyiv and is now hiding in russia;
- collaborator Pavlo Onishchenko, head of the pro-kremlin Slobozhanska Sichassociation;
- propagandist Viktor Malafeev, who, in addition to his anti-Ukrainian speeches on russian TV, raises funds to purchase weapons for the occupiers;
- Maksim Shikhaleev, a pro-russian agitator in Crimea, who supported the seizure of the peninsula in 2014 and cooperated with russia.
These individuals created a website similar to the official pages of Ukrainian authorities, announced an ‘online referendum’ on the future of our country, and developed a copy of the Diia portal to falsify the results of the fake vote.
After creating an anti-Ukrainian center in moscow, they were instructed by their russian handlers to form their ‘branches’ in the EU states as an ‘alternative’ to Ukraine’s diplomatic missions.
Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators served the mentioned ‘leaders’ notices of suspicion under Articles 28.1,109.1 of the CCU (actions committed with the purpose of forceful change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, as well as conspiracy to commit such actions as part of a group).
Efforts are underway to bring the perpetrators to justice for crimes against Ukraine.
The investigation was conducted under the procedural supervision of Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
