SSU and SBI uncover large weapons cache in Kharkiv: russian intelligence services tried to hide arsenal for sabotage groups
The SSU Counterintelligence together with the State Bureau of Investigations have uncovered a secret cache of weapons and ammunition in Kharkiv.
According to the investigation, this hiding site was set up on the orders of russian special services and was being prepared for enemy sabotage groups in Kharkiv region.
The cache was located in a garage in Kharkiv.
During searches of these premises, the SSU and the SBI found and seized a significant amount of ammunition, including for small arms, hand grenades, anti-tank mines, as well as several RPGs and grenades for them.
Under the procedural guidance of Kharkiv Region Prosecutor’s Office, investigative actions are underway to establish the origin of the weapons and ammunition. All the circumstances of the crime and persons who may be involved in it are being investigated.
