Dear Ukrainians! Colleagues and sworn brothers!

There are many words that can describe the past year, but the most accurate wording is historic.

In 2022, we not only faced serious shocks and challenges, but showed that we could overcome them. The entire world saw that Ukrainians are a nation of unbreakable warriors, descendants of glorious Kyiv princes and knights of the Cossack era.

We have once again proven: Ukraine has been and will always be there! After all, it is impossible to destroy a nation where farmers capture enemy tanks, pensioners weave protective nets for the military, and children give their savings to help the army.

Therefore, no matter how many missiles the enemy launches at energy facilities, the most important light is in our hearts. And nothing can turn it off!

The SSU together with the Defence Forces is defending Ukraine 24/7: our officers are fighting in the hottest spots, exposing enemy intelligence networks, investigating russia’s war crimes, conducting highly complex special operations and countering internal and external threats.

But most importantly - we are all making an important contribution to Ukraine’s Victory, bringing it closer!

So, if 2022 became a year of trials and hope, then 2023 will definitely be the year of Victory! When our entire country is safe again, blue and yellow flags fly in the territories, which are now temporary occupied, and our defenders return home to build a peaceful and happy Ukraine.

I believe that this is exactly what will happen! Strength and inspiration to each of you to fulfil this cherished wish! Harmony, prosperity and happiness to your families!
